Hey, I’m Mike.

I’m here for all those projects you have lying around that can’t afford sloppy work, from wall-mounting TVs to hanging pictures, swapping hardware, and the mother of all relationship-testers: building IKEA furniture.

Why should you trust me?

I spent 15 years years as a Mechanical Engineer, custom-designing tools and working on projects that required a lot of precision (like moving giant pieces of glass within a margin of 1/26,000 of an inch).

In these roles, cutting corners would mean costing our clients thousands of dollars. So I never did (and don’t now). I left engineering to spend more time with my family, but I still think any project is worth doing right, no matter how big or small.

In my personal life, I’ve always been a gearhead, restoring old trucks, customizing our camper van, and my current project—updating a 1956 Airstream.

What I do

  • Patching and painting drywall, replacing faucets and hardware, fixing door handles or locks, adjusting or rehanging sagging doors, replacing light switches and outlets, etc.

  • Hanging pictures, mirrors and shelves, wall-mounting TVs and sound bars (and configuring tech setup), furniture assembly, etc.

  • Small interior paint jobs—from trim to touch-ups to that “simple” accent wall your partner saw on Pinterest, but turned out to be a little more complicated than you thought.

  • Nursery setup (including crib assembly), installing baby gates, toddler-proofing cabinets, etc.

  • Those are just a few examples! Contact me and we can discuss your project needs. I will never take on any job I don’t feel 100% confident accomplishing.
